Heart to Heart Hospice of the Lakes Area - Jasper & Livingston, Texas
Olive Branch Hospice has joined the Heart to Heart Hospice Family as Heart to Heart Hospice of the Lakes Area. In order to better serve both patients & families, as well as the healthcare community, we have expanded our service area, hospice care teams and operational resources with a new parent organization.
This new relationship offers a greater continuity of care for patients, expands our resources for emergency preparedness and care teams, enabling us to have a faster response time for end-of-life patients.
We have the same great comfort care, same excellent caregiver support, same warm faces, hearts and passion of Olive Branch, but we are now doing business as Heart to Heart Hospice of the Lakes Area.
